This methodology is vital to the success of any project because it provides a foundation for Central Solutions and our clients to fully define the desired solution and the process for delivering the final solution.

Our methodology is a multi-phase solution success framework consisting of Analysis, Planning & Design, Development, Deployment, Support and Evolution. The Framework is a cycle focused on continual improvement and solution enhancement.

The following is a short summary of our Methodology phases:

Analysis: This initial phase of our methodology is where we take the time to analyse and understand the current technology environment, the business drivers a solution must satisfy, and the organiaational culture of the enterprise. By combining best-practice business & technology analysis techniques our Consultants will create an analysis reference that will support all other phases of the methodology. 

Planning & Design: We engage you in the design and planning of our solution; making sure to match each design to a requirement. Developing solutions in this manner ensures that your design is tied directly to your business requirements. We also help you develop criterion by which to measure the success of your project.

Development: This is our construction phase and is focused on a methodical process of development, proof of concept, validation, pilot and documentation of the business and technology solution. Drawing upon information collected and analysed in earlier phases, our experienced consultants and project managers produce a proven and robust solution ready for deployment. We thoroughly validate your solution so that you have confidence it will integrate well into your existing production environment; both technical and business processes.

Deployment: This Phase of our methodology integrates your solution into your existing environment.

Knowledge Transfer: No solution implementation is successful without educating administrators, line-of-business managers, and end-users in the management and use of your solution. We offer a comprehensive set of training development and delivery services. Whether you want a pre-packed product, or need a custom program, we will meet your needs.

Support: We don’t just pack up after Implementation. We provide you with post-implementation support to ensure a smooth transition to owning your solution. We also help you measure the success of your efforts to determine additional areas for improvement.

Evolution:  The long-term key to success in our partnerships with clients is our continual evaluation and focus on innovation.  Our solution evolution activities focus on continually enhancing and working with our clients on their systems to make those solutions even more valuable to the organization.
