Central Solutions Shortlisted under two Categories at the prestigious Green Awards 2020

Limerick based firm, Central Solutions, is recognised nationally and internationally as a leader in the area of water stewardship programmes and tools for both public and private sector clients. The company has been shortlisted under the Sustainable Water Achievement and the Green Technology categories at this year’s Green Awards, an event that highlights organisations at the forefront of innovation in best green practice and sustainability In Ireland.

The Central Solution’s team has built a strong reputation in helping State Agencies and individual corporate sites to address the challenges they face as a result of the increasingly acute national and global water challenges.

Sustainable Water Achievement Award – Joint Entry with Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM)

Through innovative collaboration, BIM and Central Solutions have developed a world-class support programme aimed at improving water stewardship impacts and practices in the Irish Seafood sector. The BIM Water Stewardship Pilot programme helps seafood processors to increase their water efficiency, reduce their costs and lower their overall environmental impact.

Green Technology Award – SmartWater.ie™ Platform

This award entry submission is focused on the recent launch of Central Solution’s new Integrated Water Management Service, the ‘SmartWater™ Platform’, to the Irish industrial water sector. Resulting from over fifteen years of collaborative R&D effort across hundreds of Large Water Users CoP member sites, the SmartWater™ Platform provides support and assistance to firms across all sectors to address corporate water stewardship in their operations.
