Upcoming Training: Lean Champions Corporate Workshop

In conjunction with the University of Limerick and the Lean & Green Skillnet, we will be running a Lean Champions Corporate Workshop on the 15th of June. This one day programme is designed to equip Senior Managers and Lean Champions with the overall information and tools needed to benchmark and plan their own internal Lean Six Sigma programmes.

Workshop

The day includes participant exercises, case studies and a sharing of real life examples, with access to information of specialist tools and funding mechanisms to underpin their Lean Programme. This is a practical and thought provoking “how-to” workshop based on actual experience and success stories.

The Trainer

The training programme is delivered by Dr. Sean Moore, a Senior Lecturer in Lean & Six Sigma Systems, Design & Manufacturing Technology at the University of Limerick. Sean most recently held senior roles in Abbott Vascular (Shingo Prize Winner 2014) and Lufthansa Technik.
